The Sheetz-to-Sheetz Trail Run is a wildly popular 14-mile journey through the rugged heart of Virginia, connecting two iconic Sheetz convenience stores. For 2026 (April 4, the day before Easter), we are transforming our most grueling segment—the infamous "Mile 10 Wall"—into a branded experience that builds on Jack Link’s marketing legacy.

Introducing the "Trail Marshal"—a helpful Sasquatch who has traded pranks for a Sheetz hat and a mission to fuel runners. Standing at the point where racers need it most, the Marshal will personally greet them with Jack Link’s jerky from a festive Easter basket, providing the high-protein "Wild Side" boost they need to finish strong.

🤝 Strategic Brand Fit: The Retail Hero Story

  • Target Audience: Reach 400+ trail runners—a high-performance demographic that perfectly embodies the "Feed Your Wild Side" ethos.

  • Retail Synergy: This isn't just a race; it’s a celebration of your top retail partners. By connecting two Sheetz locations, we create a direct, on-trail link between your product and your customers.

🎁 The Proposal: "Sasquatch Support Station" Powered by Jack Link’s

We are seeking an in-kind product placement partnership to bring this "Type-2 fun" activation to life.

The Partnership Investment:

  • Product: 300 individually packaged Jack Link’s jerky samples for the aid station. (Optional: 400 additional samples to include in all runner swag bags.)

  • Signage & Gear: Branded banners, "Sasquatch Crossing" signs, decals, and a hat/patch to officially "kit out" the Trail Marshal.

  • Charity Raffle (Optional): A package of food and/or merchandise (valued at $50+) for our raffle benefiting local non-profits.
